Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellation: We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a fee of 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the next client. If you are more than 5 minutes late, there is a late fee attached to the appointment service.

Health & Safety

Pre-Service Requirements: To ensure the best results and the health of your skin, please follow all pre-service instructions provided during booking. This may include avoiding sun exposure, exfoliating the area, and refraining from certain skincare products.

Health Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. This information helps us tailor our services to meet your individual needs.

COVID-19 Precautions: We follow strict sanitation protocols, including the use of PPE and frequent disinfection of all equipment and surfaces. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

Service & Satisfaction

Our Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make it right with a follow-up appointment or appropriate remedy.

Product Recommendations: Our estheticians are trained to recommend products that complement your treatments and enhance your skincare routine. These are suggestions, not requirements, but we believe they contribute to the longevity of your results.
